The Hollow Bone - For Intuition, spirit communication, instinct

In the oldest traditions, the seer, the healer, the one who listened to the wind and the voices of the dead, was not praised for what they “added” to themselves, but for what they let fall away. To become hollow was to become ready. Ready for the voice of ancestors, the call of spirits, the language of dreams and omens.

There is an old image found in many traditions: the hollow bone. It is the idea, that to truly listen, to truly see, we must empty ourselves of what clutters us. Fears, old voices, doubts, noise. When the bone is hollow, it carries. When the channel is clear, spirit and instinct can move through without resistance. This is to open and strengthen that channel in you.
I call the bone-keepers, the spirits of those who were emptied out before you. They come to clear the clutter, to strip away what clouds your instinct, to remove what is not yours to carry.
This is deeper work. Wilder.  The next step. 

When I perform this work, I step outside into wild. I call for silence first, so that the field around you becomes still. Then I place your name into the center and speak words to strip away what is not needed, the noise, the heaviness, the scattered thoughts. In its place, I invite openness.

Hearing your own instincts more clearly.
Connect with spirits, guides, or ancestors 
Empty yourself of fear, chatter and weight ¨
Goosebumps, shivers, or that certainty in your stomach that says: listen.
Sharper intuition, a clearer sense of when something is right, and when it is not.
Alignment with the natural worlfd, animals pausing, birds circling, a sense that nature itself is aware of you.
A deeper current of calm, because when the noise is removed, what remains is truth.

It is for when you feel too full, too heavy. It is for when you want to stand as a clean channel for whatever comes. 
This ritual is for seekers. For witches, mystics, wanderers, and those who feel there is more to life than the surface noise. It is for those who want to remember what their body and spirit have always known: that the otherworld is not “out there.” It is here. Waiting.
It will not make you a master of secrets. Instead, it clears the path so you become a vessel, so that what is meant for you can find you. There are spells that dress the surface of life. And there are spells that strip you down to the marrow.
The Hollow Bone belongs to the latter.
